Motivation: My name is Roger Frei, I was born and live in Switzerland, so right in the heart of Europe. I started my first laser tag business in 1988 and as a matter of fact, I was the first mover in the laser tag business on
the European continent, a long time before the laser tag industry has taken off.
After I have successfully spent more than 14 years in other fast growing electronic entertainment areas, just by accident I became aware of the fascinating Delta Strike system and I was immediatelly infected again by the laser tag
virus. This sophisticated system seemed to offer all the possibilities, flexibility, quality and design I was always looking for, but couldn't find in the entire laser tag world for many years!
With this system in mind I new straight away that I wanted to get back into the laser tag industry and I'm extremly happy and proud to have found in Delta Strike not just reliable, flexible and professional business partners, but also some
appreciated friends, which share the same sense of humour and openness to other cultures and markets!
Having been in pan-european business for a long time and travelled a lot in Europe, my lecture was, that Europe is a defragmented market where each individual country has its own requirements, culture, language, regulations and... power plugs!
Yes, power plugs! Did you know that the power plugs in Switzerland are different from those in Germany. And those are different than those in the UK! We at Delta Strike, as a manufacturer of sophisticated laser tag technology, know about this tiny, little
but important details. And as the power plugs are different, we understand and appreciate that our customers are different and that every customer has its very individual requirements and needs. So one specific system might be suitable to one customer, but maybe not to
another one. That's why we at Delta Strike are convinced, that our modular system does not just satisfy the individual budgets and requirements of our individual customers, but also satisfies and suit the keenest wishes and dreams of our demanding players, which loves
to play the game and come back again and again.
Current Situation: In December 2009 we opened up a family entertainment center called ArenaFun including a DeltaStrike show site in Switzerland, called Lazerfun©. If you would like to get your own live experience

Motivation: My name is Jean-Pierre Guillard and with my brother Gildas, we opened up a stand alone Laser tag center "Laser Blade" in 2004 in France. There was a lack of leisures activities in our city, and we were sure that a Laser Tag center
would be a profitable activity and really fun to manage. Since 2007 our center is called "Metropolis", a complete Family Entertainment Centre with Laser Tag, Bowling, Arcade games...At the same time we founded JMG Technology to serve the french market with the best
products for the leisure industry.
Current Situation: In April 2009 we installed the Delta Strike equipment into our Metropolis center and since that day, we can say we own the best equipment available in the market! Our customers love the gameplay and the interactive
components in the arena! Most of our customers want to play again after their first time and they do mostly return to our center!
JMG Technology now distributes the Delta Strike laser tag system within France and people who are interested in opening up a laser tag center are most welcome to visit us and have a look around! The design of the equipment, the facility, the ease of use of the system,

Business Mentor: For two years I provided free mentoring to small business within Canterbury on behalf of the Canterbury Development Corporation. I found this very rewarding - as well as educational.
Previous Laser Tag Business Owner: I absolutely believe that to design a superior laser tag product, you need to own a laser tag centre while youre designing it. This is the only way you will get to know what the customers would like and what you as an operator
would like. The designers needs to be immersed in the wants, the needs the problems and the desires of an operator and his customers on a day to day basis.
I enjoy computer Games: I never thought Id put this onto a business portfolio! Our enjoyment of 1st person computer games has revolutionized our product design we include more computer game elements than any other business

I purchased a stand alone laser tag centre in 2002, systemized and renovated it, put a manger into it and kept it for 5 profitable years. &.Then sold it in 2007. Dave Lowe and myself created Delta Strike in 2002 and are now working on our Generation 6
product.
