The Control Station

Delta Strike control stations are absolutely packed full of interactive gaming features. These stations are more than just a target - they talk, tag, flash and interact to provide incredibly dynamic games for your customers.

Crisp Bright Color
A control station contains four internal light crystals and up to twelve external crystals. During game play, these crystals illuminate with colors which flash, dissolve, dim and strobe depending what is happening during game play.



Players can tag the control station during normal game play to gain special powers such as rapid fire, super shield, mega power and more. Points can be awarded to teams or players for tagging the control stations. Additionally, control stations can tag players - either randomly or by players who have previously set a "bomb" to go off.



Sounds
Control stations contain two powerful internal speakers which provide sound effects as well as voice messages to enhance game dynamics.



Many of the Delta Strike games use the control stations as an integral part of the game play (such as the Control Station Capture game)



Low Maintenance, Cost Effective
Delta Strikes unique crystal-shard lighting system utilizes the latest LED technology, resulting in stunning colors and a life span of up to 100,000 hours. That is over twenty years without the labor or cost of replacing a bulb! Each crystal is able to emit red, green, blue and white light, to produce both ambient and strobe lighting effects.

Fog Generator Control
Control stations contain relays which can be connected to fog generators (or other devices).  Operators can program the fog to be switched on intermittently during a game.

Special Effects Lighting
The twelve surrounding "light columns" are mounted onto walls in the vicinity of the control station. Each of the foot long columns can flash and change color according to game play. Players can see from a distance what is happening at the control station, i.e. which team owns the control station, which team is tagging the control station, which special powers are being dispensed, etc.



When not being used as part of the game these columns provide surreal ambient lighting within the arena by slowly dissolving from one color to the next

The Light Columns

Each internally illuminated column can flash vivid red, blue, green or white. Since they are controlled by the base stations these columns can change colour, flash and dissolve to other colours to suit the dynamic of the game.

The cost? Light columns provide a very cost effective alternative to standard special effects lighting such as light scanners, lasers and motorised light beams. In addition, the ongoing bulb replacement cost is insignificant since the high intensity LED bulbs rarely, if ever, need replacing.

Twelve multi-colour light columns are distributed around each Control station and provide players with a stunning visual display completely unique to Delta Strike.

Base Sentries
Arenas that fight back are much more fun! Base sentry units are a simple way to achieve arena interaction without going to the cost of our fully interactive control station. Base sentries are easy to install, cost effective and any number can be incorporated into our systems.

Each sentry can be configured during installation to behave in several different ways. These include:

Time Tag
Every 90 seconds the unit emits a series of damaging tag beams.

Trip Wire
A player may activate the trip wire by tagging a sentry. Five seconds later the unit will emit a series of devastating tag beams, tagging all opposing players in the area.

Bonus points
Reset every 90 seconds, the sentry will offer points when tagged by a player.
