Game Booking Diary

This calendar based program allows bookings to be created, moved, duplicated, modified, and deleted.

Operators can book games and party rooms, scheduling well into the future. In fact the software will account for leap years, holidays, closing times and staff breaks.

Other features include: confirmation alarms, deposit payments, customer information retention, booking audit checking and linking from the booking software to the POS software.

The point of sale program allows payments for games, party room bookings, party food, merchandise, drinks and sweets.

Upcoming games are displayed ready for the operator to process for payment. Receipts can be printed as required and all item buttons can be configured by the manager.

NEW FEATURE - Customer Survey

A new feature to the administrative section is the customer survey option. With this tool, staff are prompted to ask survey questions while making the booking. An invaluable tool for operators to gather information on their customers for future marketing and advertising projects. This tool is incredibly adaptable and can be set up to ask only one question per booking or as many as you need. The software comes with a standard set of survey questions, however you can add, and change questions to suit your requirements.
