What is a database?
A database is a program which can be used to store information on all your customers and potential customers.
Many people use Excel or Outlook as databases. Unfortunately these programs are very poor at managing on-going marketing and sales.
A CRM (Customer Relation Management) database is designed specifically for businesss to keep in contact with customers.

A Database Ready to Go
Delta Strike have now developed a complete CRM database solution specifically for our Laser Tag customers. This database can be run from your office, from home basically anywhere where you have an internet connection. All you need to do is log-in using internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox or any other internet browser

Club Synchronisation
Whenever customers come to a Delta Strike centre there is an opportunity of gathering their contact information. Here are a few examples...
- Customers signs up as a Member (Please refer to the mebership games)
- Customers Joins a Club (Please refer to Clubs under the Game Control S/W)
- Customer registers to be on the mail-out lists
In actual fact, Delta Strikes Game Control Software treat all of these as clubs. As an operator you can create your own Clubs. For instance if you had a regular Friday Special gaming night, then in the software you can create a club called Friday Special As an operator you can create any number of clubs such as Birthday clubs, Church clubs etc.
When synchronization occurs, all this information is carried over to the CRM database and that provides you with an amazing marketing tool. Now you can advertise to each club individually allowing operators to send mass emails or letters to any club you have created. This provides you with a fast, cheap and very target specific marketing tool.
The CRM program also allows operators to imports lists, providing three very effective marketing channels
1. Sell to new Markets (by importing lists)
2. Sell to your current customers
3. Sell to specific target markets
